Currently we offer shipping within Australia only.
Shipping Rates
- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $120 within Australia
- Standard Shipping parcel post - $10.00 (Please allow 5-7 working days for your item to arrive)
- Express Shipping parcel post – $15.00 (Please allow 1-4 business days for your item to arrive)
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays) after your order is placed. All orders placed will receive a confirmation email regarding the shipping details once we have fulfilled and posted your order. During busy times e.g. Christmas, Easter and VIC Public Holiday weeks, shipping delays are out of our control and may result in longer shipping times.
Lost, damaged or stolen goods
Please note: Once your package has been shipped, Ollie & Oak is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged. We cannot guarantee delivery times due to the overwhelming pressure placed on Australia Post, but we will do our best to get your purchases to you as quickly as we can!
